The ON Token is a purely technical blockchain-based asset and an integral component of the decentralized ONLIVE ecosystem. In accordance with Web3 principles, digital self-sovereignty, and data minimization, this Privacy Policy governs exclusively the use and operation of the ON Token.
ONLIVE does not collect, store, process, or share any personal data in connection with the ON Token. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.
All interactions involving the ON Token (including transfers, purchases, or sales) occur on the Polygon blockchain. Blockchain data such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, timestamps, and token amounts are publicly accessible by design. These data are pseudonymous and do not allow direct identification of natural persons unless users voluntarily associate their wallet addresses with personal information outside the ONLIVE ecosystem.
ONLIVE has no technical means to de-anonymize blockchain data.
ONLIVE does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics tools, or behavioral monitoring mechanisms. Accessing ON Token-related information, whether via official websites or third-party blockchain explorers, does not result in user profiling or data tracking by ONLIVE.
The ON Token smart contract has been audited by Cyberscope, an independent and internationally recognized blockchain security auditor.
No personal data is processed, stored, or embedded within the smart contract or any related on-chain infrastructure at any time.
As ONLIVE does not process personal data, regulations such as the GDPR (EU) or comparable data protection laws are generally not applicable to the ON Token itself.
Users interact with the ON Token entirely at their own discretion and responsibility via non-custodial wallets.
